Getting Healthier

Dr. Berman- about 2 years ago, I had a really bad scare at my Dr’s. I found out I was pre-diabetic due to my weight and my Dr. told me that I needed to make changes ASAP. I am 32 years old and have been overweight my entire life. So have all of my friends. We were comfortable with ourselves except I was slowly killing myself. So, I made a change. I only ate clean foods, I stopped drinking, and I started following some girls on Instagram to learn how to exercise. 2 Years later and I lost 122 pounds. I also feel like I lost my best friends. They think I am too obsessed with being healthy and that I abandoned them. I feel the best I have ever felt in my entire life. I would love to continue to be friends with them, but they are mean to me now that I am fit. What do I do? Claire
